Can't get rid of couple status

I am NOT a couple, but every time I try to delete the info on the "second person", it shows back up! I tried refreshing cookies and such but to no avail. A little help or if you could show me a prior thread on this,mid greatly appreciate it! ~LT7

If you read the FAQ's you'll see that deleting any part of the profile is really not an option. You can send Drew an email asking for him to do so, but don't hold your breath for him to do it immediately.

somebody posted once that you can save the info you want to keep to notepad, then click reset all fields, save it like that then redo you profile.....

Resetting the fields doesn't work, I decided I wanted this to be my solo profile and now I can't make the changes, my husband once wrote Drew to get something changed and never got answered...so I suppose I'll just delete my profile here. Nobody I've written to has ever responded anyway!

at the top of the home page, open 'my account', then scroll down to the second person's details and remove them. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'save changes'. If you don't do that, they won't be changed.

Then log out of this site, dump your cookies and temporary internet files, log back in ... and you should see your changes in effect.

If changes haven't been made, perhaps the feature will be available (with an improved help function) after Drew revamps the site early in the new year.

Peg, I've tried that a few times, with and without clearing cookies/history. I'll wait for the update, then try again. Still, this profile is NOT a couple. Just one guy.
